A one-day retreat and visit to the St Michael Cemetery was organized on 29.8.2015 by Rev. Thomas Law on the topic of ‘The Last four Things’ 『萬民四末』. The theme was on the relationship of life, death, afterlife and purgatory, including explanation on the cemetery symbols and icons, changing perception of life and death ever since the Roman era, as well as music and prayers of requiem mass.

A talk was given by Bishop Stephen Lee on 16.12.2014 on the vocation and mission of the family to serve the Lord in a changing world, which is also the theme of the previous Special Bishop Synod and the forthcoming General Bishop Synod.

A one-day retreat was arranged on 6.5.2014 in Honeyville Canossian Retreat House. The retreat was led by Rev. Giovanni Giampietro. The theme was on Asian Christian Art and Inculturation, with briefing, sharing and discussion on Christian Art in different Asian countries so as to study how the concepts are inculturated in Liturgical Art aiming to ‘turn the people’s mind devoutly towards God’. The retreat was very well-received and generated in-depth sharing on the topic.
