- Talks to Deanery members in March and April 2013 on new requirements of building legislations (including building inspection scheme, window inspection scheme, energy efficiency, minor building works and unauthorized building works).
- Circulation of relevant guidelines on building repairs and management to parishes
- Preparation of checklist of Responsible Persons for mandatory building/window inspection scheme
