Objectives

To co-ordinate with the parishes and organizations in the Diocese on the design and construction of works approved by the Bishop.
To monitor the standard, progress and cost of the works approved by the Bishop.
To monitor and assess the performance of the building professionals and contractors employed.
To give advice and formulate guidelines on the administrative aspects of building projects.
To attend to emergencies related to church properties.
