All Catholic and non-Catholic building and related professionals with corporate membership of relevant professional institutions or equivalent qualification are eligible to join. The list will cover architects, engineers (including but not limiting to building, civil, electrical, electronics, mechanical, structural, geotechnical and building services), planners and surveyors, as well as building related experts and specialists (in lighting, acoustics, heritage and conservation, environment, design, landscaping and other relevant fields). Professional qualification is essential to ensure the competence of members in giving advice and rendering services. Such identity also ensures a standard platform for interchange and dialogue amongst members. Other interested parties are also welcome to take part as observers and backup members.

The selection procedures and appointment of members would be undertaken by the Steering Group. Selected members are free to express their preferences and specialization in joining the various working groups/teams. Non-Catholic building professionals are also welcome to apply if they are interested so as to broaden our scope and invite different innovative ideas to better serve the Diocese.
